A distinctive light-bodied blend of Latin American coffee that is

Café Loma
A delicious blend using the finest Central and South American
high grown beans. This pure roast has a divine aroma, and a smooth and buttery body.
Food pairing: Fresh peach scones, apricot torte, fruit tarts, berry or apricot pie.
Golden
Gate
A Central and Latin American blend, medium body, subtle
flavor with snappy acidity, and a bright finish. Food pairing: Sliced apples dipped
in caramel sauce, chocolate cake.
Sunlight
Ridge
A wonderful blend of Latin American coffees, with a consistently clean, mellow,
and nicely balanced flavor. Complemented by and blended with the high grow beans
of Central America to produce an exquisite flavor. Food pairing: Citrus Scones or
muffins.
Colombian
Fine Colombian Arabica beans with an invigorating aroma, smooth taste, and pleasant
acidity. Food pairing: Carrot cake or zucchini nut bread.
Kona
Grown on Hawaii’s southwestern coast. This is one of the finest high grown
coffees and produces a delicate aromatic coffee with a mild flavor. Food pairing:
Oatmeal, oatmeal cookies, coffee cake, maple bars, buttermilk pancakes.
Emerald
City
A full flavored, dark roasted coffee with low acidity. A powerful, smooth coffee
with flowery tones. Food Pairing: Chocolate cake, rich desserts, caramel.
House
Blend
Latin and African coffees blended to produce all the body, aroma, and flavor necessary
for a distinctive cup of coffee. Complex blend with an intense winy, lemony and
floral flavor and a fragrant aroma. Food pairing: Fresh fruit or currant scones,
berry tarts.
